Williamsburg, VA Spring Trip Announcement
Dear Band Family,
I am excited to announce a Spring Trip to Williamsburg, Virginia over spring break! I am trying to put together another trip to replace the Orlando trip. I hope folks will consider going! This new trip is half the cost of original. The dates of the trip are April 6-8, 2018. Attached to this email is the trip letter, which includes pricing, registration information and some trip details. An official itinerary as well as more concrete food options will be released roughly a month prior to the trip. We must have 50 paying people go in order to make this trip worthwhile! Although no financial aid is available through the boosters for this trip, we will have individual fundraising available to help folks offset the cost (more info on that later)! Please look through the letter and determine if this trip is right for your family… the deadline to register online AND have your deposits turned in will be Thursday, February 8, 2018. I realize this is a very close deadline, but that is what the travel company is asking. Thank you for being flexible with me!
If you signed up originally for Orlando, you have automatically been moved over to the Williamsburg trip. If you decide to NOT participate in this new trip, please let me know and we will issue you a full refund.
