Join the Band
The Band of Knights welcomes all North Lincoln High School students who are passionate about music and performance. Whether you play an instrument or want to learn, there is a place for you in our program.
Eligibility: The band program is open to all NLHS students regardless of prior experience.
Auditions: No audition is required to join the marching band. Concert bands and jazz bands may require a placement audition to determine the best ensemble fit for each student.

Pay Fees
Band fees help cover the cost of music, uniforms, equipment, transportation, and competition entry fees for the school year.
Band fees: $750 per student
Processing fee: A $5 convenience fee applies to all online payments.
Financial assistance: Financial assistance is available for families who need it — please contact the band director to discuss options.
Volunteer
Parent volunteers are the backbone of the Band of Knights. There are many ways to get involved and support our students throughout the year.
- Chaperone for competitions and trips
- Help with concessions and fundraising
- Assist with uniform fittings and equipment

Sponsorship
Support the Band of Knights through a sponsorship. Your contribution helps fund instruments, uniforms, travel, and educational opportunities for our students.
Sponsorship Levels
- Gold — $1,000+
- Silver — $500+
- Bronze — $250+

Booster Club
The Band of Knights Booster Club is a parent-run organization dedicated to supporting the band program through fundraising, event coordination, and community outreach.
Meetings: The Booster Club meets monthly on the first Tuesday of each month. All band parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
