Band Family,

This letter contains information regarding three EASY fundraisers that are this month.
United Scrip
We will be taking an order for United Scrip this Friday, December 8. United Scrip allows you to purchase almost any gift card to national retailers, and the band receives a portion of each card ordered! The turnaround time is fast… you will have these cards before school lets out for the holiday break. This is a great way to get those stocking stuffers while supporting the band.
How to order: Two ways: 1) Order online at (use “NLHSBB” as the code); 2) Place your order in (along with check to NLBB) in the Blue Box.

Holiday Concert Gift Bags
A long standing fundraiser at our Grand Holiday Concert, the gift bags are just that… GIFT BAGS! We are asking band families to donate small items (dollar store purchases, gift cards, etc.) to help us fill gift bags that are raffled off at the Holiday Concert. A donation box has been placed outside the band office under the Blue Box. Simply send in your donated items with your student and have them place it in the box. This is a wonderful, EASY, fundraiser that is a fun way to add cheer to our concert!

Holiday Concert Bake Sale
Of course, no North Lincoln concert would be complete without a wonderful bake sale! If you have an awesome dessert or recipe you want to show off, here’s your chance! Send in your bake sale item the day of the concert and we’ll have a brief intermission for you to enjoy some food! The choir program will serve hot coffee and chocolate as well. It’s fun and a great way to support our band students!

Of course, keep signing up to work the Dewey’s Store, and spread the word! THANK YOU to all who signed up over the weekend… I appreciate each of you! Keep supporting this fantastic program and the students it serves.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Yay Band!
